Colts make two more additions to coaching staff

INDIANAPOLIS — The Indianapolis Colts continue to bolster the coaching staff around Frank Reich. The team announced Monday that it has hired Matt Raich as special defensive assistant/assistant defensive line coach while making Jerrod Johnson their new offensive quality-control coach.

Raich, who will work under recently hired defensive line coach Brian Baker, comes to the Colts from the XFL’s St. Louis BattleHawks. He served as the the co-defensive coordinator/linebackers coach for the BattleHawks. Before that, Raich spent a good portion of the past two decades in the NFL, coaching the Bengals in 2018, Detroit from 2014-17, the Cardinals from 2007-12 and the Steelers from 2002-06.
