INDIANAPOLIS -- A mock draft with the Colts selecting NC State pass rusher Bradley Chubb isn’t new. As he did the first time around, ESPN guru Mel Kiper Jr. has the Colts selecting Chubb with the third overall pick in his latest mock draft.
But there’s a new twist at the top of the draft that could help the Colts avoid being in a tough position. Kiper sees the New York Giants, who pick at No. 2, taking Penn State running back Saquon Barkley; before, it seemed the Giants would use their first pick on a quarterback to be their eventual replacement for Eli Manning.
