INDIANAPOLIS -- When brothers Ryan and Dru Grigson have dinner these days, they talk about their kids, the weather and, well, anything besides football.
That's what family get-togethers have turned into for two brothers who are elbow-deep in the personnel evaluation of their respective NFL teams. Ryan is the Indianapolis Colts' general manager. Dru is the Arizona Cardinals' director of college scouting.
And neither want to reveal any state secrets.
"We rarely talk about the real deep football conversation," Ryan said at the NFL scouting combine. "We're both guarded to a certain respect because we're both trying to find that guy or find that diamond and we have to be respectful of each of our organizations.
