Lots of football fans and national pundits doubted the Indianapolis Colts ahead of the season. Just as many specifically didn't think quarterback Daniel Jones would be that good. Through seven games, Indy and QB1 have proven everyone wrong.
The Colts are 6-1, and lead the AFC South by two games. Jones leads the league in total QBR (79.7), while getting the ball out of his hands so quickly that he has only been sacked six times. He's also completing 71 percent of his passes. MVP? Maybe.
This from a quarterback whose first team, the New York Giants, gave up on him in his sixth season and let him go.
