Colts camp observations: Kwity Paye's coachability, dominant defense, Sam Ehlinger's poise

WESTFIELD — First-round pickKwity Payeis off to a fast start in training camp, routinely producing pressure against Sam Tevi and Will Holden, who have rotated at left tackle across from Paye’s right defensive end spot.

Paye’s trademark power was on display on the first day of pads Tuesday, bull-rushing Tevi at one point in 1-on-1 drills, and he’s shown the speed that made him a first-round pick around the edge.

But the rookie’s discipline, coachability and the way he picks up information might be the most impressive part of Paye’s game so far.
