According to All-Pro Indianapolis Colts linebacker Zaire Franklin, he’ll be unavailable for the start of the team’s training camp (which veterans officially reported on Tuesday)—as he’s still recovering from an earlier offseason ankle cleanup procedure (via The Athletic’s James Boyd):
#Colts LB Zaire Franklin (ankle surgery) says he won’t be available for the start of camp, but he’s pleased with his progress. No timetable on his return.

It does sound like Franklin is progressing, and he could be a candidate for preseason PUP.
