Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay announced that a candlelight vigil will be held on Thursday evening for linebacker Edwin Jackson and Jeffrey Monroe, who were both killed in a traffic accident on Sunday, February 4. The vigil will be held by Mothers Against Drunk Driving and will be located:
