Chris Ballard took over as General Manager in 2016. He has only had a couple of drafts under his belt. But using those drafts, we can find out what he values in a prospect and how well he has done evaluating talent so far.
He has two first round picks so far in Ryan Kelly and Malik Hooker. Kelly has been good when he has been on the field, but as struggled with injuries. Ditto for Hooker. But both players look like they will be key pieces for the Colts moving forward.
