Gus Bradley has been a very successful defensive coordinator

Bradley took over the Las Vegas Raiders defense last season and improved their ranking in yards allowed (14th from 25th) and points allowed (26th from 30th). The Raiders were 31st in turnover percentage, dropping one spot from 2020.

He spent four seasons with the Chargers prior to that, placing in the top 10 in yards allowed three times (2018, '19 and '20), twice in points (2017 and '18) and once in takeaways (2017).
