TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State women's soccer's Brooklyn Woods was named to one of the United Soccer Coaches' Women's Players to Watch lists as one of the top defenders returning to the pitch for the upcoming 2025 intercollegiate season.
The lists are compiled and released by the Division I All-America Committees to promote college soccer leading up to the official start date for the regular season later this month. The lists include United Soccer Coaches All-Americans and All-Region players from 2024 who are scheduled to return for the 2025 season.
Woods, the lone Missouri Valley player on the list, is coming off a 2024 season where the senior defender earned All-Midwest Region honors for the first time in her collegiate career.
