Two years ago Devonte Brown and Niels Bunschoten proudly wore the Sycamore blue and battled against their Missouri Valley basketball rivals. Now they play on rival teams in Europe and here's the latest update:
Devonte Brown (Class of '16) is lighting it up as a starting guard for Uni Baskets Paderborn, Westphalia, Germany, and Niels Bunschoten (Class of '17) is a starting forward for his own national team in the Netherlands for Aris Leeuwarden.
A couple of weeks ago the two friends and former teammates found themselves facing off as their teams played against each other.
