NASHVILLE, Tenn. - The Indiana State Men's and Women's Track & Field teams will travel to Tennessee this Friday and Saturday to compete at the Music City Challenge hosted by Vanderbilt.
This will be the second consecutive season that the Sycamores have competed at the Music City Challenge and will once again feature some of the best student-athletes from around the nation.
Fresh off of his Missouri Valley Conference Track Athlete of the Week honor, distance star Akis Medrano will take his talents to the 3000-meter run at Vanderbilt. Last weekend at the Meyo Invite he ran one of the best races of his life in the men's 5K.
