HILTON HEAD, S.C. -- The Indiana State Sycamores are within striking distance as a team and has two individuals with a chance to finish in the Top 10 after the opening day of the Low Country Intercollegiate, hosted by Wofford. The event is being held at the Moss Creek Golf Club, which is a par-72, 5,091-yard layout in southern reaches of the Palmetto State.

The Sycamores fired an opening round of 319 which is tied with Presbyterian College for seventh place in the 14 team field. They are just 20 shots behind leader Seton Hall who fired a team score of 299.
