Sycamores Drop Four Overtime Heartbreaker Against Ohio

CHARLESTON, S.C. -- Indiana State played its first quadruple overtime game in 31 years and only the second in the history of the program in their final game of the Gildan Charleston Classic. It proved to be a heartbreaker as the Sycamores had a look at the final buzzer that didn't go in falling 96-94 to Ohio at TD Arena.

The Sycamores fall to 1-3 overall while Ohio improved to 2-2.

This was the first double overtime game for the Sycamores since an 88-85 win at home over Eastern Illinois on December 21, 2016. Additionally, it became the first Sycamore game to reach triple overtime since 2011 at Wichita State.
