CEDAR FALLS, Iowa – The Indiana State volleyball teams' comeback fell short at Northern Iowa, 3-1 (25-12, 25-22, 21-25, 25-19), Monday night in Cedar Falls.
Senior Kynedi Nalls led the Sycamores (7-9, 1-3 MVC) with a match high 20 kills in the loss while Cassie Kawa and Sarah Peterson each added six kills apiece. Rachel Griffin recorded her fourth double-double of the season after assisting on 33 kills and picking up 10 digs.
Northern Iowa (12-7, 3-3 MVC) was led by Amie Held who finished with 18 kills and Piper Thomas who had 15 kills on the night.
