CARBONDALE, Ill. – Indiana State swimming & diving earned a third place after the final day of the Missouri Valley Conference Championships on Friday at Shea Natatorium.
Missouri State (929.5) captured their fifth-straight conference championship while Southern Illinois (548.5) secured second and Indiana State rounded out the top three with 475.5 points. Behind ISU was Illinois State (444), Northern Iowa (344), Evansville (328.5), Little Rock (318), and Valparaiso (117).
Surging Sycamores
A pair of Sycamores earned All-MVC Honors in the final day of action at the MVC Championships. Marni Gray was the MVC Champion in the 200-butterfly with a first-place finish with a season-best time of 2:01.
