SOUTH BEND, Ind. – After a week off, Indiana State men’s and women’s cross country heads north this Friday to compete at the Joe Piane Notre Dame Invitational.
Friday’s meet is the 61st running of the Notre Dame Invitational, which began in 1956 and is now named in honor of legendary Notre Dame head coach Joe Piane (who retired in 2014). In total, 13 national top-25 schools will be in attendance for the meet.
The Sycamore women are coming off a third-place finish at the Indiana Intercollegiates on Sept. 16, where five Sycamores finished within the top-25.
