TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State men's basketball's Ian Scott was named this week's Hannig Construction Indiana State Student-Athlete of the Week as announced by the athletic department on Monday afternoon.
Scott average 16.0 points per game over wins against both Eureka and Southern Indiana, averaging 7.5 rebounds and 4.0 assists per game, while shooting 77.8% from the floor. The Plainfield, Ind. native added 1.5 steals per contest while adding a three-pointer in the win over Eureka.
Scott opened the week scoring 16 points over 19 minutes of action against Eureka, shooting 7-of-8 from the floor, including a perfect 6-of-6 from inside the arc.
