INDIANAPOLIS, Ind. – Claire Parsons took on the 800-meter field at the 2025 Toyota National Championships on Tuesday afternoon at the IU Natatorium as the rising junior made her national debut in the field.
The Terre Haute, Ind. native finished 37th overall in the field with a time of 9:11.63 to round out the field in the event. Parsons posted a 4:31.93 split at the 400-meter mark in the event.
Katie Ledecky topped the field overall with a championship record mark of 8:05.76 to claim the event win.
