Terre Haute, Ind.-- The Indiana State soccer team placed three individuals on the Missouri Valley Conference Scholar-Athlete teams. Maddie Orf and Katie Wells each earned first team recognition with Katie Sullivan earning a place on the honorable mention squad. This is the third-straight first team honor for Orf, while Wells and Sullivan are being honored for the first time following their sophomore campaigns.
This is Orf’s third consecutive time earning first team honors. She is only one of three players on this year’s Scholar-Athlete roster to accomplish this feet. In 2016, Orf led the Sycamores with six goals and earned MVC First Team honors.
