GREEN BAY, WIS. – Indiana State picked up a 2-0 victory on Thursday afternoon at Aldo Santaga Stadium, powered by a pair of second-half goals from Alex Lehnert and a clean sheet from goalkeeper Delaney Timmons.
After a scoreless opening half that saw Green Bay control possession and generate seven shots, the Sycamores made the most of their chances after the break. Lehnert opened the scoring at 62:14, finishing low to the right side off a setup from Kaitlynn Long and Isabella Berta. She struck at 81:46, converting another right-footed effort to the bottom right corner off a feed from Kaylin Klutcharch to secure the result.
