IOWA CITY, Iowa – Indiana State continues to battle on day two as they sit in fourth place after tonight's (Feb. 15) finals.
The Sycamores started off the day strong finishing the morning preliminary heats with three school records in three events.
"This morning we swam well above expectations. As the program has grown we have stressed the process and the importance of building upon each session, and so far we have done that," said head coach Matt Leach.
Cierra Campbell got Indiana State off to a good start in the 500 freestyle as she finished in fifth place with a 4:57.
