TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – Indiana State Athletics and the Terre Haute Catholic Charities Foodbank have teamed up, launching The Sycamore Food Drive – One Campus, One Community, One Big Impact.
Fans are invited to bring non-perishable food items or make a monetary donation to help families across the Wabash Valley leading up to the Saturday, January 31, men's basketball game against Valparaiso. Anyone who donates at the game will receive a voucher for an upper-bowl ticket to the February 9 men's basketball game against Southern Illinois.
"This initiative shows what can happen when a campus and a community work side by side," Nathan Christensen, Indiana State Director of Athletics said.
