ST. LOUIS – Recognized for their accomplishments both in the classroom and on the court, Indiana State's Laura Gross and Jade York were named to the Missouri Valley Conference Volleyball Scholar-Athlete Team.
Both Sycamores received honorable mention honors.
Gross has a 3.47 cumulative grade point average as she pursues her degree in business administration and put down a team-leading 349 kills and 3.14 kills per set this season. She served up a team-best 14 aces and was second on the team with 435 digs for a 3.92 digs per set average.
