ST LOUIS – Indiana State's Ethan Larrison has been named the Missouri Valley Conference Pitcher of the Week, the league announced Monday. It marks the first weekly honor for Larrison in his career at Indiana State and the first MVC honor for the Sycamores this season.
Indiana State hurler Ethan Larrison dominated out of the Sycamore bullpen over the last week as the Trees went 4-0 and improved to 5-2 on the season. Larrison carried a 1.12 ERA over eight innings, striking out nine batters and holding opponents to a .167 average against during the stretch.
