TERRE HAUTE, IND. – Two Sycamore freshman dominated on day one of the Sycamore Invite against The University of Indianapolis and Missouri State at the Vigo County Aquatic Center on Saturday.
Surging Sycamores
Freshmen and found their way into the record book in the 500-yard freestyle. Putrimas claimed second place with a time of 4:56.78 putting her second overall in school history. Wozny wasn't too far behind her taking third with a time of 4:58.29 putting her third overall in school history.
The blue and white took third in the 200-yard medley relay with a time of 1:45.
