CHARLESTON, Ill. – Indiana State will send most of its men's and women's track & field teams to nearby Eastern Illinois for the annual Big Blue Classic while women's distance runners Taylor Austin and Brooke Moore will run in the best distance races in the nation this weekend at the Stanford Invite.
Austin, the defending MVC Outdoor champion in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, will run in the invite section of the steeple on Friday night at 8:32 p.m. ET. Austin owns the Indiana State school record by nearly 30 seconds at her MVC winning time of 10:17.
