TERRE HAUTE, Ind. – This summer, Sycamore Athletics will revisit some of the best moments of the 2016-17 season with the Sycamore Top-10.
Coming in at No. 2 on the countdown is 's career day at the plate against Northern Illinois. The redshirt sophomore broke the Indiana State single-game RBI record with 11 RBIs as he led the Sycamores past the Huskies, 17-8. On the day, Tofteland finished 4-for-5 with three home runs, including a pair of grand slams. Coming into the game, he had not recorded a home run.
