The Pacers started their four-game road trip in fine fashion on Monday night, ripping the Utah Jazz 121-88.
Following the game, Nate McMillan said, “Tonight was just a good, professional win by this group. They were about business from the start.”
Describing his team’s effort as a “professional win” is perfect and also high praise from the normally understated coach. But what better way to describe the strong team effort that saw seven players score in double figures. None of those players was named Victor Oladipo, who sat out with a sore knee, and four of the seven came off the bench.
