Pacers game at Phoenix postponed due to contact tracing

The Pacers current five-game road trip out west took a sudden turn on Thursday afternoon when their game against the Suns, scheduled for Saturday evening, was canceled due t the NBA’s health and safety protocol.

After beating the Pacers on Saturday, the Suns were thumped by the Wizards on Monday night but later learned the Wiz had COVID-19 positive tests which put the Suns in the contact tracing protocol. Without the league-required eight players available, the Suns can’t play until they are cleared. Prior to the Pacers game being postponed today, the Suns’ games against Atlanta last night and Golden State on Friday were also put on ice.
