Coming out of high school, Keita Bates-Diop had a lot of pressure to perform at Ohio State; he was the 24th-ranked prospect in the nation prior to his freshman season with the Buckeyes. KBD had a rough freshman year, playing under 10 minutes per game. After a sophomore year in which he played all 33 games and filled the stat sheet, Bates-Diop played in only nine of Ohio State’s games during his junior season due to an injury.
