Indiana Pacers' forward Jeremy Lamb underwent successful surgery Wednesday in New York City to repair a torn left anterior cruciate ligament and a torn lateral meniscus. He will be out indefinitely.
The injury occurred during the Pacers' game at Toronto, Feb. 23.
