Initiative, Persistence Fueled a Dream Job

Pacers locker room attendant Matt Hayden prepares the drinks behind the Pacers' bench at a recent game. Hayden has worked for the Pacers since February of 1998, when he was 14 years old.

Nearly every achievement starts with initiative, and initiative can be found in the smallest of details.
