It has been stated time and time again that the Indiana Pacers have a solid salary cap ledger. As it stands now, they project to have a lot of cap space in the summer of 2019, and almost all of their contracts are team friendly. One of those team-friendly deals belongs to Myles Turner.
Turner is soon to enter his fourth season in the league. He has been a starter for the Pacers two years running now and has shown he can be an effective floor spacer and elite rim protector. That player type doesn’t grow on trees and is conducive to winning important basketball games.
