The Indiana Pacers will not be heavily invested in the top-tier prospects in the NBA Draft this season. They sent their first-round pick to the Milwaukee Bucks in order to secure Malcolm Brogdon this summer.
Their draft pool over the next five years is somewhat complicated. They owe the Nets and Bucks second-round picks that are conditional. The Bucks pick will transfer one year later than the Nets pick, but the Nets pick will not transfer until 2023 unless the Pacers miss the playoffs, in which case it would go to Brooklyn that year.
