The Indiana Pacers, all things considered, have done a really nice job of building out their roster while keeping their payroll low. Pacers President of Basketball Operations Kevin Pritchard has done an incredible job of finding fringe talent to help the team improve on the margins while maintaining long-term flexibility and staying under the luxury tax.
This is best evidenced by Justin Holiday, a player that was seen as a journeyman prior to this season with the Pacers, and his ascension to being a productive player this season.
With the season suspended, it’s interesting to ponder the “what-ifs” of the previous years and wonder how they might have impacted this season.
