Halftime Rewind: Pacers vs Pistons

Indiana is headed to the locker room at halftime with a 57-53 lead over the Detroit Pistons at Bankers Life Fieldhouse. Domantas Sabonis and Malcolm Brogdon are tied at the top of the Pacers leaderboard with 11 points. Doug McDermott has added nine on 4-of-7 shooting.

A 14-point first quarter from Luke Kennard helped the Pistons jump out to a 35-27 lead after the first quarter, but a late 14-2 run by the Pacers in the second quarter allowed them to climb back into the game quickly.

With Myles Turner still sidelined with a sprained right ankle and Goga Bitadze nursing a concussion he suffered against the Washington Wizards on Wednesday night, it has been up to Domantas Sabonis and JaKarr Sampson to limit the effectiveness of the NBA’s leading rebounder Andre Drummond tonight.
