The Pacers appeared well on their way to closing out 209 strong on Tuesday afternoon, taking a 67-43 lead into halftime at Bankers Life Fieldhouse in their New Year's Eve game against the Philadelphia 76ers.
T.J. Warren carried the load offensively for the Pacers in the early going on Tuesday. The 6-8 forward scored 10 of Indiana's first 23 points, knocking down all four of his field goal attempts in the first quarter.
It was a back-and-forth opening frame with six ties and seven lead changes, but the Blue & Gold took a 29-27 lead into the second quarter.
