During every Indiana Pacers game on Fox Sports Indiana you hear Chris Denari say that for every free throw made by George Hill, the Indiana Members Credit Union will donate a backpack to a child. Those backpacks became a reality last week and Hill was on hand to help the IMCU distribute them.
While George Hill only made 113 free throws this year due to missing part of the season with injuries, the IMCU donated 5,000 backpacks to deserving children. The backpacks were filled with school supplies to help students get ready for the upcoming school year.
