One of the main reasons the Indiana Pacers didn't sign Bennedict Mathurin to a contract extension this past offseason was that they were uncertain about his fit with the team and what his long-term role will be. Recently, Mathurin hasn't helped his case at all.
In his last four games, the Canadian native averaged 10.5 points and shot 31.8% from the field and 17.4% from deep.
It's a small sample size, but it's still part of a bigger problem with Mathurin: he is incredibly streaky. And when he's at a low point, he's really at a low point.
