Here’s a first look at where Big Ten programs stand in the updated “way too early” rankings for the 2025-26 season:
ESPN.com: Purdue is No. 1 in the latest rankings from ESPN, followed by Michigan (No. 9), UCLA (No. 14), Wisconsin (No. 16), Illinois (No. 17) and Michigan State (No. 23). Ohio State, USC and Oregon are among the five teams listed as “next in line.
