OAK RIDGE, Tenn. – Indiana rowing concluded its season-opening regatta with a third and final session Sunday (March 20) morning at the Oak Ridge Invitational.
KEY MOMENTS
- Sunday pitted Indiana against No. 11 Yale, No. 16 Alabama, No. 20 Tennessee and Navy, Notre Dame. Indiana finished second in four of the six races, and never finished lower than third.
- For the weekend, IU totaled two wins, both coming Saturday evening, and finished second or better in 12 of 18 contests.
- IU's Second Varsity 8 boat fared well on the weekend, bookending a Saturday evening win with a pair of second-place finishes.
