Romeo Langford court, which is a part of the new Kevin Hammersmith Memorial Park in New Albany, will officially open on Saturday, July 14.
The court, which is named after the 2018 Mr. Basketball and Indiana signee, will host several games on its opening day including rematches of the 2017-18 Floyd County Elementary Basketball League boys’ and girls’ championship games, an open run for local players and an alumni game between Floyd County rivals Floyd Central and New Albany.
