Indiana is in the middle of yet another magical football season, but at this point, it should not be looked at as magic, but true talent. The Hoosiers are hoping things end differently this season, this one ending in a National Championship win, and there is a key to all of it.
In the offseason, head coach Curt Cignetti made good work of the transfer portal after losing a good portion of the 11-2 team he had last season. One of the biggest additions he had was quarterback Fernando Mendoza from Cal, who not only came to Indiana, but brought his little brother Alberto Mendoza, who is also a quarterback.
