• The 118th season of Indiana basketball continues on Friday when the Hoosiers visit #9 Michigan State. IU has won three straight games and is coming off a 66-46 win at home over Northwestern, while MSU fell at home to Michigan, 82-72.
• Sophomore center De'Ron Davis, who started the first 15 games this season, underwent surgery on Jan. 10 to repair a torn Achilles tendon in his right leg and will miss the remainder of the season. The Colorado native is fourth in the Big Ten in field goal percentage shooting 61.
