No. 12 Indiana Improves To 4-0 In Big Ten With Win Over Purdue

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – For the first time in school history, No. 12 Indiana opened up Big Ten play 4-0 with a 66-48 over in-state rival Purdue on Thursday night. Leading the Hoosiers was redshirt junior Ali Patberg with 18 points and sophomore forward Aleksa Gulbe followed with 10 points, eight rebounds and four blocks.

KEY MOMENTS

  • Indiana took their first lead of the game with 4:52 remaining, 5-4, on two senior forward Brenna Wise free throws. It ended the first quarter on a 14-2 run to lead 14-6.
