BLOOMINGTON, Ind. – Another right-hander came off the board for the Indiana baseball program on day three of the 2022 Major League Baseball Draft, as Bradley Brehmer was taken in the 12th round by the Baltimore Orioles.
Brehmer joins fellow rotation-mate Jack Perkins as selections in the 2022 event and give Indiana 10 pitchers drafted under head coach Jeff Mercer. Brehmer is the 102nd Hoosier drafted all-time for a total of 113 total draft picks. Baltimore has now selected four Hoosiers in the draft, all since 2001.
