Looze Named to U.S. Olympic Swimming Assistant Coach

OMAHA, Neb. – Indiana head swimming coach Ray Looze was named to Team USA's coaching staff for the upcoming Olympic Games Tokyo 2020, USA Swimming announced on Sunday night. Looze will serve as an assistant coach.

"It's a tremendous opportunity to represent your country at the Olympic Games," Looze said. "I credit our outstanding coaching staff, administration, and most importantly our swimmers for this honor."

Over the eight-day Olympic Trials, Indiana put five swimmers through to the Olympics. Two-time gold medalist Lilly King qualified in both the 100m and 200m Breaststroke events.
