Judge Dale Tillery of the Dallas County 134th Civil District Court denied the NCAA’s motion to dismiss Indiana safety Louis Moore’s eligibility lawsuit during a hearing Wednesday, to remain eligible the rest of the 2025 season.

“This Court is of the opinion that Moore is entitled to the issuance of Temporary Injunction and that such an Order is necessary to protect Moore’s rights and interests,” Tillery wrote.
