BLOOMINGTON, Indiana – Indiana University men's golf head coach Mike Mayer has announced that Evan Gaesser will join the program starting this fall after transferring from LaSalle University. Gaesser will be a sophomore at Indiana and has three years of eligibility remaining.
"We think that Evan can come in and fill a much-needed role for us," Coach Mayer said. "He had an outstanding freshman year at LaSalle and is finishing up a very solid summer of golf that has included winning the 90th Annual Rochester Country Club Invitational and playing very well in an elite field at the Monroe Invitational.
